Jen’s role as Practice Manager at The Grove Practice is essential for the smooth operation of the practice, coordinating non-clinical functions to ensure a seamless patient experience and the highest standard of care. She empowers the deeply committed team to consistently uphold the practice's values—"we truly are people caring for people." While her presence may not be constantly felt, she actively seeks patient feedback to continually elevate service quality.
Her diverse background, including Leadership and Management training and over 30 years in the dental field (as a Dental Nurse, Care Coordinator, and Practice Manager), has provided invaluable insights into people and leadership.
Joining The Grove Practice in 2018 was a natural fit. The values of Upen, Viren, and the team resonated with her passion for caring for people, improving lives, and fostering understanding. She is committed to always doing what is right for the patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
She champions a culture of equality, diversity, and fairness, treating every person with the empathy and respect they deserve. In her personal time, Jen enjoys family, her rescue dogs, open water swimming, and walking.
