Our commitments
We want a positive and purposeful workplace – somewhere people love to work. We actively invest in the well-being, development and training of our team.
We continually review our environmental footprint, covering everything possible within regulatory constraints.
We partner with local and international charities – donating, volunteering and raising funds for them.
To fulfil our CSR commitments, we donate a portion of our profits to our charity fund. We regularly organise fundraising events and activities and we make time and skills available through volunteering.
Our initiatives
We partner with charities for 2 years. We support our local MIND, and Myton Hospice.
We volunteer time for our charities and to provide Oral Health Education locally. We also support small local charities through our Community Fund.
We continually review our sustainability, and work hard to improve our recycling, energy use and carbon emissions.
As well as donating as a business, we also regularly raise funds as a team for our partner charities.
