Our interviewing process

If we invite you to meet us for an interview, we will send you the questions to help you prepare.

At the interview, you will have the opportunity to meet the management team and owners, as well as some of the team members. We recommend that you ask them what it is like working at TGP.

If you are shortlisted, we will invite you to complete an On-Job-Evaluation (OJE) which allows you to get a true feeling for the culture and environment.

All offers are subject to two appropriate references, a clear CRB and registration with the DBS Update Service.
